Leave Buster

This leave buster is very flawed! a little back story about my League of Legends past. i have been playing for about 2 years now. pretty active and ive spent my fair share of money on this game, mostly because i enjoy it very much. my issues are with the leave buster. i understand that it is a issue and it needs to go with a punishment, that is not my concern. but im currently deployed to africa with the united states army. i have had my internet disconnected for 2 games in 2 days out of the 10-15 ive played. 2 games. the first disconnect i sat out for my 5 miniutes no problem. the next day my internet bugged out and now i have leave buster for 5 games at 20 minutes. i have been playing this game for far too long to have to deal with the wait time before every game. a few ideas. if the game gets restarted before 5 minutes. give the 5 minute punishement. if you afk halfway through the game the 20 minute seems sufficent enough. 5 minutes for the first 5 minutes is plenty fair.

20 minutes before a 30 minute game is absurd. if you agree please share you experiences and comment so we can get this issue solved.
