Is it fair?

Hey Riot, I'm a simple player like any other and sure we get salty or cocky and we are all assholes at heart that no one can deny. The reason for me writing this is for getting two warnings for harassment. The first warning I won't deny I was a bit out of line and that's fine happens to everyone and other people get salty and get offended sure I do too won't question it but even when it happens to me i let it slide most of the time Due to we all get salty unless it's really unbearable but even in that game the enemy team used more harassment then I did so Don't know why they get away with it. But that's not my main issue, The issue is I recently got another warning after A game I played where the enemy's ADC dc'd, or raged quit if you will. So the entire enemy team gave up saying open and i would go around killing people sure pretty petty but I didn't go in to a game to leave bored with 0 kills won't say I camped anyone but i just ran around as Katarina where ever someone picked on a team mate while they kept saying open mid. I don't ever recall saying anything other then why aren't you at fountain or while someone ran after a team say fuck off like the enemy Ahri. they themselves kept saying open mid or the invade didn't go how they wanted did it. Out of all of that i still don't see what type of what i said versus what happened constitutes " Harassment" considering Ahri did say fuck off to me. I wish your report system took more in consideration the chat does when first getting reported then just sending a warning. I'd hate to get ban for basically playing the game considernig I've put a good deal of money into this game and then the enemy getting hurt because I'm going around killing them willy nilly considering they gave up. I love the game and the community even the salty side but still feel like you should work more into the games reporting system functions and I'm sure I'm not the only one who thinks so considering we pay money for content like skins and boots and believe noone should get away with just free willy nilly reporting someone because they feel like going around killing someone in a pvp game is called " Harassment" . By the way love the new ranked and Draft , Can't wait until the chrome skins work on it. Thanks for taking the time to read if anyone reads this.
