Does this evidence justify a perm ban?

So just got perm banned directly after a game I was playing autofilled supp. My main role being jng. However upon reading the evidence. I was toxic as in bad language roughly 7 times over the 3 games supplied in the evidence.

However the evidence they provide for game 1 doesn't seem to me to justify an toxic game. Just wondering for other people's opinions. I don't need the whole speel "You deserved it etc" I know what I did using chat even when i had a macro going to close my chat window. I was silver 5 on this account. At the very atleast I hope RIOT can impose a permanent mute on my account. Or atleast to all toxic players that way it will prevent the majority of the bans being taken.

This is somewhat low level, but you are constantly squabbling with your team. You already had a 14 day ban.

You repeatedly blamed your team, called for reports and basically flamed in chat. Seeing as this is a perma ban, you had a 14 day ban before that stated the next report that contained valid instances of toxicity, like report calling and flaming, will result in a perma ban. The entire chat itself may seem like a mess of minor things, but it all comes down to this: you let your emotions get out of control and you took it out on your team members.

The best course is to mute, and move on. It's a game in the end, even in ranked, and compromising your account is not worth getting the last word in an internet fight.

In Game 1, you pestered your teammates for not giving up and surrendering. That's probably why it's there.

Think of it like this. It took about 5 minutes per game for me to read these logs from your games. In game it would have taken you this 5+ minutes to type out all of this this. In these matches you would have most likely been reading the messages from your teammates. Since reading comprehension is faster than typing, I will say you spent 3+ minutes reading chat during each game. As such I would say that is 8+ minutes per game that you were busy typing instead of playing (or trying to think of ways for YOU to be impactful while you were waiting out a death timer). Spend less time typing more time playing. Stop sweating small stuff. Great KDA doesn't mean a win. Focus.

In short, yes. Demanding reports, berating your team's performance. Normally this wouldn't be a perma on its own, but you have been told 3 times already to stop this, and you were on your last chance, which you just blew.

Stop writing novels in chat and play the game.

This deserves punishment. Whether or not this deserves a perma ban depends on your previous punishment. If you had a 14 day ban before this, that means you were on thin ice as you either went through 2 chat restrictions before your 14 day ban due to your negative behavior or you skipped the chat restrictions due to zero-tolerance behavior.
