I need to sleep, my parents forced me to. So, I need to stop playing LoL... If the circumstance is like-described, will you give a queue just 2 minutes and instead of 5 matches give it 2... Because I need to sleep and my parents are strict so I hope you can understand...

If you need to sleep - don't queue for a match.

If you don't know how to schedule your time for LoL, you deserved to be reported if you were to leave for bedtime.

Que times depend on how many players are near your division and that want to play that specific game mode.

I get what you're asking, but I don't think Riot will give you a shorter queue time, so I think the other reasonable thing to do is to either ask your parents for a later bedtime or just play a little less. It's not like Riot is giving people longer queue times for no reason; the queue times are as short as they can be given the circumstances of how long other people have been waiting for matches as well as working for fair matchmaking.

All in all, perhaps respect your parents' wishes, don't play that last match of League of Legends, and hopefully find the time to play more in the future. Remember, Leaverbuster will mess you up with its 20 minute queue extensions, and that will ensure that you will play fewer games. It's not worth it!

Anyways, I noticed that you're level 6, so I just wanted to welcome you to League of Legends! :) Cheers!
