so i had recently just got my laptop fixed and back to operational and i wanted to play some league so i get on and stuff and i find out my account got perma banned and no one has played on my account for months i never got a reason and ive put over 200$ in just buying skins so i just want to know why im perma banned and if i can be unbanned? can someone help me?

Send Riot a ticket asking what happened to your account. They should be able to give you an idea as for the reasoning for it. Whether or not it's valid or not I would not be able to say.
