Permanently banned

Hey guys Ive been playing league of legends for about 3 years now, no history of bad behavior. I have invested plenty of money and time into this game. Out of the blue after I purchasing a new skin Elise skin getting ready to use it there was an error. After restarting the application ,I attempted to log in it said I was permanently suspended. I have been nothing but friendly in this game.. This does seem to be unfair since I have paid plenty of money for additional skins and items that it should not be taken away without warning.

Does anyone have any experience with this situation? and has anyone ever been unbanned?

if it was right after purchasing a skin, it was probably a payment error. The accs are perma'd until u pay rito the money you owe them

If you were banned by the Instant Feedback System you should receive a Reform Card upon logging in which gives some details about what the ban was for (like flaming or feeding intentionally). If you don't get this you should still get an email, and it'll tell you to submit a Support Ticket for more information. The ban could be any number of things which we could guess randomly about, but if it was to protect your account or was a mistake then it can be removed, just submit that ticket and be patient.

They have any right to take away skins and items without warning. Just cause you bought them doesn't mean you own them. You just own the right to use them, not own them

If you got no warning or explanation, you may have one of those protective bans that prevents any activity on the account and they may think your account was compromised.

I'd wait a bit for the email but still do the support ticket.

No email or reform card. I understand I technically don't own those skins . But I should be allowed to use them since I haven't don't anything wrong. I play this game for fun. I am friendly and don't use any 3rd party programs. If I did my stats may be better.

Just an update. I did have someone from Riot reach out to me and transferring me to billing. Hopefully this is just a billing problem.

Did you receive a Reform Card when you tried to log in? Or an email saying what the suspension was for? If not, it may have been due to an error with purchasing the RP. There are instances where there is a problem with the financial side of things, and Riot will lock the account until the player contacts Player Support. You can submit a ticket to Support and ask them if there was a problem with your account, or for any information as to why you were suspended and they will be able to let you know what has happened.

No emailed and no reform card. I even checked spam to be sure I didn't miss anything. Im just very nervous I will lose everything.
