A very big issue as of recent

So, I was playing some games on my Smurf with some friends and noticed that people on our team were performing very poorly and with 0 responsiveness, this is a big issue known as botting, people are using 3rd party botting applications to level Smurfs, identifying them is simple, they play extremely poorly, they commonly have a name then 2 or 3 numbers after the name, always take the summoners heal and ghost or occasionally barrier and ghost and build recommended items, they do not respond at all as they are bots, this makes low level games very difficult for those actually playing the game.
