Premades able to BAN others at will ,guilty or not?

Just wondering if this is possible ,since i recieved few numerous threats from several toxic teams which threatened and most likely 3-4 of them reported me for no reason but in their own rage and intention to hurt me by misusing RIOT's Tribunal automatic reporting system.

Last time it happened, had this game 3x( CENSOR If offensive "afr1c" team )premade players in team, 1 random and me.

basically this happened:

random got flamed by premade team and verbally abused at pick phase

.

random went support ,premade adc+mid+jg, i was top

.

mid from premade was afk 5-8 min, and we couldnt remake since they denied

.

remaining 3 players (2 premade ,1 random) died to enemy ,reaching average of 0/10 scores in record amount of time

.

i got frustrated from the amount of crazy things they have brought into the match and told them its lost ,asked them to please surrender

.

they told me they will never surrender, and they will only defend to make me lose as much of my time as possible

.

random player started verbally attacking me as well out of frustration, even tho i defended him

.

they all agreed they will report me after ,threatened me with BAN, and got mad becouse i mentioned that afk, and feeding the enemy brought us the logical lost game

.

afk player returned midway tho, died to the enemy team ridiculous amount of times as well

.

they couldnt defend since the enemy team noticed things gone bad, and went to finish the game fast

.

no one from the enemy team typed GG

.

my team reported me, i commended the enemy team for being honorable

.

things like these, not the same ,but similar, happen to me say, 6/10 matches

am i to expect ban from all of those false reports?

is this all the league of legends is now?

Nope, premade reports have the weight of a single report to prevent abusing premades this way. Even if they were all added up, their reports will mean nothing if you've done nothing wrong; the system is designed around throwing out false reports. Anyone that continues to make false reports will lose weight in theirs.

There's some controversy on the boards as to whether or not multiple reports have more weight than single ones... but something that has been made very clear is that premade reports do not have any more weight than single reports. Riot also tracks reliability of reporters... If those teams constantly falsely report, their reports might actually even have literally zero weight.

Last but not least: Riot's system has a really low amount of false positives. At this point I'm no longer 100% certain how their system works, but there are a lot of checks and balances in order to make sure false reports are discarded.

Best you can do in situations like that is following the good old principle "Mute, report and move on". I know, it's not that easy most of the time, but it's the best for your own sanity.

1 report in a game triggers an investigation, it doesn't matter if 9 people or 1 guy reported you, to the system they or equal.

So in this sense it doesn't matter if a premade reports you, or just a solo player.

btw my name is a joke, i was never banned, its just cool name since i made smurf account from being bored, but i think .. i will go back to lvl 30 since the toxicity bellow is even worse :/

The amount of reports is irrelevant. If one person reports you, the match gets reviewed. If 100 people report you, the match gets reviewed just the same. Riot will determine during the review if they were justified reports or just petty attempts to punish someone for no reason. If you deserved it then you will receive the punishment Riot decides on. Premades have no more power to report and get you banned than a solo player! :) In fact, asking other people to report you is a form of harassment if I am not mistaken and that in itself is a reportable offense and can be punished. Just remember to always remain calm, play it out, and mute toxic team mates and enemies in a game, also please remember to report this behavior in effort to improve the community and keep these people out of future games!
