Hey guys. MY account just got perma banned for 3rd party programms but i actually never used anything like this!!! All i use for LoL is op.gg to check my opponents and also some times to spectate games when im too lazy to spectate over the client. Anyone any idea why it could have happened??? Allready sended a ticket to Riot...

The account certainly has evidence of scripting. You're welcome to open a player support ticket and they will look into it. Be aware that they will not give you specific information, other than the result of their investigation.
Check reddit and see if any programs are triggering false positives this time round.
Support generally can't state what you were banned for but they've frequently had false positives.
even if you didnt use any 3rd party programs... you got banned for it, so now your acc is gone. riot sup will NOT look closer into it sorry
You're probably gone for good my friend. You were randomly selected by Riot, kinda like how TSA does their random tests at airports. Riot will never appeal a ban from the little guys. The only way to get a ban overturned is to be a popular streamer, youtuber, or LCS player because Riot plays favorites and they're the only ones above the TOS.
You should open a ticket to ask for more info - the boards can't really help you here.
