Why should people who want to thrive in this game be permabanned for constant curse at individuals? What have we done other than being human and getting constant frustrations because you rioters won't look into the detail of the game and see whos the cause of all the issues?? I'm curious why riot cant uses the money than people poured into the game to create a new system for toxic such as chat restriction permabans. Why does having temper have to go beyond such idiotic harsh penalty. Riot please free the permabanned accounts and create a new system of perma chat restriction. If someone intentionally fed constantly it makes sense they are eligible to get permabanned but why should people with temper get permabanned when they are trying to teach their teammates what there errors are with just frustration. You said it yourself that behaviour is out of one's control than why try to control it. Why not let people be a human being and just perma chat restrict them. I mean makes sense if they are toxic only chatting shouldn't be allowed. What have we permabanned people do to ruin a game that leads to a loss. Being toxic has a reasoning either feeders, arguments or some people are straight up toxic but I was categorized as being toxic for a reason to teammates who did not cope. You say it yourself you want to show discipline to toxic players than why not show discipline to poor players who do things intentionally or is suspicious of boosted account. You guy shave all these amazing tech guys who can create such environment but you decide to silence people who are perma banned and show 0 respect for them when you ignore the feeders. If you are reading this think about a perma chat restrction instead of perma bans. Some individuals do not know the harsh outcome and are banned cluelessly like me which I did not know after a suspension is a perma ban. Maybe more player would play and pay money for skins. I honestly think we should have freedom to enjoy a game and have hardships with stress instead of you guys perma banning us and effecting more and more people to a negative behaviour and by couple of years I'm scared to say this but almost 90% of original accounts could get perma banned and imagine all those 90% of individuals asking for permaban lift or money back and could lead to an investigation from a higher corporation to subdue your competition for gaming industries like dota who doesn't just ban people just for behaviours. Just saying perma ban regulation should be altered and all perma banned people should just have a perma chat restriction and have the privilege to play this game with the money and dedication they have for it so I say onto you have mercy for all banned fellow players and unban us and let us play this game which is a great source of teambuilding. If you have any sense of good in you let this happen please. [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

No because those people that "have a temper" will just find new ways to ruin people's games, whether it be spamming emotes, pings or purposefully doing crappy stuff in game kill stealing every kill, taking cs, not playing their lane etc.

Just because some people are incapable of expressing their frustration in a decent manner doesn't mean other players should have to deal with them.

As another poster said we all agreed to his we would behave and uphold ourselves in the game if people can't uphold that they shouldn't be playing and the excuse of "Some individuals do not know the harsh outcome and are banned cluelessly like me which I did not know after a suspension is a perma ban." Isn't valid either as you're warnings were several and you didn't listen so you were removed from the game.

Definitely not. Riot is being harsh on toxic players because toxic players are being harsh to other players. Before we even downloaded the game WE ALL agreed to the Code of Conduct that we would not be toxic to other players. We ALL agreed to follow the Summoner's Code just as we all agreed that we do not play to ruin other player's experience. Just because players have a temper problem shouldn't be allowed to be invulnerable to all chat restrictions, suspension, and bans. If anything, tempered players should have read Term of Use and decide if the game is for them. If they can't follow the Term of Use or follow the Summoner's Code, there are PLENTY of other Moba games out there to play and throw their tantrums there. But League of Legends is fighting that. Not only Riot but the community who's playing to not only to improve but to enjoy as well.

If players took the risk of ignoring The Term of Use, then that is their fault for not upholding their responsibility. Because all players are responsible for their own actions.

I wonder how much money they make from new accounts being made, or how it inflates their 'number of registered player' numbers.

Shouldn't be that high given the % of players that they claim get permabanned though.

I agree with what u say though, perma-chat restriction has always felt like the easiest and most efficient way 2 handle this sort of thing.

Quite simply? You agreed via the Summoner's Code to treat other players in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. If you want to curse at or insult people, find another gaming community where that is considered acceptable. You do not have to play League if the behavioral requirements are not to your liking.

You guys are all making judgements without thinking.. simply to put it people who are toxic are usually players who excell their rank and are placed with teammates who troll becasuee they have lower rankings and piss people off so that they can get perma banned.. what makes you think perma chat restriction leads to afk?/
