LPQ Salvation

I have been disconnected from my game due to internet issues multiple times and i have been in a 20 min lpq. I recently i got some good internet so now i dont disconnect from my games, although i do sometimes have real life emergencies or urgent things. I was clean from dc or afk for many games now and i have to dc because someone in my family needed me to drive them to the hospital. I come back and i am now faced with the ridiculous 20 min lpq. I think there should be a way to reduce the times on lpq based on how many games were played clean. just for example, if i play 25 games without disconnecting or being afk, maybe 20 min----> 10 min lpq time, or something like that.
