Permanently Banned, Support Tickets give me copy-paste responses.
EDIT AS OF 19/02/2017 - Following a couple more tickets I have also been unbanned. Glad that they solved the issue, and hope all those that were banned unjustly have gotten their accounts back.
On the 10th of February I received a perma ban for the use of third party software, hacking, scripting, etc. Knowing fully well that I had never used these kinds of software, I decided the natural thing to do, is to contact Riot about it. I wrote a lengthy ticket, detailing all the software that I have running, while playing League, from skype, curse, to the antivirus, and other essential software. I also had this program that I used for language studying that copies text to clipboard when pressing left click for a longer period of time. I simply told them in a calm, and helpful manner, after all, kindness goes a long way, especially when dealing with customer support. It also seemed rather odd that I'd get a ban, after not having played for two weeks, because of exams, and the last games being me trolling my friends by playing Master Yi and Lee Sin ( which for clarification's sake, I am terrible at ). Heck, I am more than sure that the rate of scripting in normal games, with an almost full premade isn't very high, but, I understand that software can sometimes be fiddly, so I approached the situation in a manner in which, I thought, would solve it as fast as possible.
I also researched a bit into what they would mark as a third party software that is ban worthy. This is taken from their Terms of Service
ix. Using any unauthorized third party programs, including mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots, trainers and automation programs that interact with the Software in any way, for any purpose, including any unauthorized third party programs that intercept, emulate, or redirect any communication between the Software and Riot Games and any unauthorized third party programs that collect information about the Game by reading areas of memory used by the Software to store information;
Basically, Curse, Overwolf, and any other program I told them about in the original email, as far as I am aware of, couldn't have triggered the ban, since they do not interfere with the communication between the game and their servers, or access the areas of memory, like scripts would. I also thought that maybe adding the Japanese voices into the game using Wooxy, before they were released could have triggered it, but it's been almost an year since I did that, and again, the only category that could have qualified for, at least at a glance, was mods. I say at a glance, since the wording would imply that they have to actually, again, interfere with the packages sent between the game/client, and the server.
However, in the case of such a delicate issue, such as a permanent ban, I wasn't expecting a copy-pasted, robotic, response. The "employee" who handled my ticket, basically rewrote the original ban email. Don't believe me ? Here, have a look :
Your account: was banned due to the use of malicious 3rd party programs or modifications to your League of Legends client. We believe that all players should play on equal footing in an effort to promote competitive sportsmanship.
--Original email
Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends.
--Response
The funny thing is they also added something about account sharing at the end of it, to make sure that they covered all their bases, just in case. Course, I did tell them that I have never shared my account info with anyone.
I followed up that ticket with another one, in which I basically said the same things I have said in this post. Haven't gotten a response yet, although I doubt this one would be too different from the last one. I really do hope they don't just have slips of paper that the use when responding to customer issues.
Honestly, if they do not solve this issue, I do not see myself ever coming back to this game, or any of they future games for that matter. It has been a horrible experience, and being overly vague, and unresponsive is the cherry on top. It's more than just losing an account that I have been working on, and spending money on for over 6 years now, it's about it being forcefully taken away, and me being hit by a bat all at the same time.

EDIT -- Received a new response. This one seems to be written by a person, although it still doesn't solve anything https://gyazo.com/f600676a80fec5c7cafc990a323b40ed
A couple of issues I have with this response. I am trying my best to keep it civil, and understand their point of view as well. It states that I have used software for competitive gain, a list of my most recent match history would, sadly, tell you otherwise. Another thing he pushes in the reply is the "Proof" part. I never asked for a full guide detailing all what programs I used, and how they affected their game/server to trigger the ban. I gave them a list of programs, and asked them to tell me who the culprit was so that I could uninstall it. Moreover, if it actually was Overwolf, which I honestly doubt, they simply are, and excuse the harsh, but necessary words, a pack of blithering idiots, who do whatever they want to.
Furthermore, all I am getting from this response is "I couldn't care less." No attempt to look into the issue, no attempt to work together. They simply are full of themselves.
"In the dark, it's f-in dark, light a match, and look around you moron."

EDIT 2:
https://gyazo.com/74804a73ae838dd15b459d75881dd8cd -- Finally, something to go on. I'll ask them to review my login history, maybe I got hacked. At least now I can rule out basically all the programs I used. Basing everything on this https://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/5tnhdo/to_all_eune_players_change_your_passwords/
I have asked Battlethirst for more info, even if he added the "The matter is now closed thing". I asked about hardware, and security issues. He did confirm that scripts were detected.
EDIT 3 - https://gyazo.com/49a25bb3e5771d8156c40bf8d16ce9f0 I honestly have no idea how to respond to this.
Apparently telling me if my keyboard is too fast for their server is "confidential info".
EDIT 4 - Forgot to pastebin the last message I gave them with a lot of questions. Basically most of them were in regards to hardware. Such as : "Is it the keyboard switches" "Is it me getting bigger monitors". He said he can't answer those questions since it's confidential info. Either he threw the towel in, or THIS IS the actual issue. How stupid would that be...
Oh yeah, almost forgot. I did also ask them if me using my graphics tablet was the issue. So right now, we have 3 contenders for stupid reasons to get banned folks. I'd make a poll, but there's still a slight chance that it might not have been that.
In any case, don't Lingoes with League, it MIGHT get you banned, if you left click. The clipboard is scary indeed.
https://gyazo.com/7bad27f7c60ec42281eae41371088752 -- Nvm, found it. All these questions have confidential answers.
Aaaand now they've started to ignore my tickets. Even if I get my account back I don't see myself playing the game ever again.
