No chat ban?

I was being toxic one day (I admit I was truly toxic that game) but I didn't get a chat ban or warning and it went straight to 14-day. Why is this? The notification said to check my email but I didn't receive an email.

Did you use any forms of hate speech, racial/homophobic slurs, encouragements to self harm/harm others (kys, kill yourself, threats, etc)?
