No chat ban?

I was being toxic one day (I admit I was truly toxic that game) but I didn't get a chat ban or warning and it went straight to 14-day. Why is this? The notification said to check my email but I didn't receive an email.

Did you use any forms of hate speech, racial/homophobic slurs, encouragements to self harm/harm others (kys, kill yourself, threats, etc)?

No that's why the guy asked if you used any hate speech, etc... since you did, you are escalated in punishment. Straight to 14 day ban. Stop trying to be edgy saying naughty things.

You were escalated to a 14 day ban directly as a warning that Riot has absolutely zero tolerance for that type of behavior.

While I presume you were also toxic in other ways, that type of behavior is absolutely not accepted in League, and will get you an instantaneous 14 day ban. It's both a harsher warning to not do it again, and also a way to expedite the process of removing players who use that kind of language from the game.

Your next offense will be a permanent suspension of your account. You need to clean up your act or face the consequences.

Will I get an end of season rewards if my behavior gets better?

As the honor system has thrown a wrench in things, we don't know.

It's possible the system will be like before, in which case your ban came right near the cutoff (generally 3 months before the end of season).

However, the system may now be based on honor, in which case you may have to be honor level 1 or 2 or higher to get rewards. None of us know yet.
