Greetings, my account was suspended today. In the description E-mail it was written that I am using MKLOL/MKJOGO. This software was deleted from this PC after my friend got warning E-mail from you. I didn't do anything wrong. :) The guy from riot messaged me as bot giving no ways to solve my problem. He wrote that I was still using that software and my account was suspended for 24 hours. When it is banned for 1 week.

3rd party mod punishments typically happen in waves. So it is entirely possible, likely even, that your ban was from using it before you removed it. It is also possible that it was not completely removed. I would double check that the mod is gone and it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to completely reinstall league as well.

Contact them in a support ticket, and Don't use MKJogo, and MKLOL, they both automatically type in chat which is a violation of the rules I am sure because 1.) Its a bot typing that, and 2.) It gives unfair advantage (well not really) but still compared to players who don't tab to see buff timers.
I got baned to, I am on same pc for 5 years didn't reinstall my windows and i had lol sence season 3. I was using it in season 3 and 4 but stoped cause it wasn't good anymore and I just didn't open it anymore and today I see email in 04:08am - An additional review of your account: P4ever123 shows that you are still using MKLoL/MKJogo. As we previously communicated, continued use of this program could result in an account suspension. Because you are still using this third party application, a 24 hour suspension has been placed on your account. Continued use of this program will result in additional suspensions. But it was installed and never again used.
