I have a 20min queue time

I was playing earlier and my computer conked out, after that i had a 10min wait time and I went ahead and played again. Guess what it left me in loading screen for 10+ minutes . So now I have a 20 min queue time and I was hoping that an riot employee could change that for me. I have always been an honest player and I would never troll or do anything intentional to hurt someone else's game (Tbh I HATE it when people do that). Now I am playing on another computer so that should not occur again.

Riot can't know if you intentionally DC'ed or unintentionally DC'ed.

You don't get 20 min queue because you left once. You get it for repeatedly leaving, in a short period of time.

Riot only removes punishments given out incorrectly, and this was not given out incorrectly.

Same fking issue in a bot fking game cuz i was afk or leaving the game , i have a fking life and a job RIOT , if my phone calls then i have to fking go , can u blame me for that , 20 mins wtf is wrong with u ppl ? even in a normal game who the fk cares? as long is not ranked get the fk out of here with ur stupid rules , i stoped taking this game seriously a long time ago to much bullshi.t , every time i come back after a long time i find more and more bullshi.t

I believe that low priority queues (LPQ) are handled by the LeaveBuster system, so I'm not sure if those can be removed. You could always post in the Help & Support board and see if someone can remove that but again, I don't think Riot can undo LPQ.

You are damn lucky. I never had the joy of 10 minute LPQ. Went straight from the 5 minute that everyone starts on to 20 minute.

I've been asking boards about how to get off leavebuster (back on the 5 minute LPQ if dc) and nobody seems to give a clear answer.
