Unable To Receive Hextechs

I have been banned for unsportsmanlike in the past...but let's be honest, who hasn't. It's one of the easiest things to do in life. Simply suggesting in a mildly rude mannered tone for people to do something can earn you a fat 1-14 day ban for toxic behavior. Now for my main point....WHY can't I receive hextech chests because of this. That's absolutely ridiculous. Please fix that, as it makes no sense. I've spent plenty of money on this game, and the fact that after receiving a ban and learning my lesson, that I still can't receive this new item, is stupid.

The simple fact that you spent a lot of IRL money on a game DOES NOT give you the right to be an as*hat with everyone else in the game. You also said that you learned your lesson yet your post isn't even close to being friendly, yet it's closer to being unfriendly and rude.

Oh and 1 more thing: I've been playing since season 1 with long breaks. Didn't bother to read the rules nor the ToS (if something like this even exists) but I never got banned.. The only thing that I've received was a 10 minutes queue restriction because someone that invited me into his group cancelled the queue granting me the queue restriction and drop in mmr. So no, not everyone is being banned on a daily basis. Cry more now.

if you're not restricted anymore it will only take 3 months don't worry (unless you turn bad again)

One time I got a warning after apremade ganged up on me because I was doing bad. Told the other team things like "lux says my mom should die of cancer". Dk why but It was just a warning so yeah

Worst I ever got was a 5 min queue thing when I first started playing and just casually left BOT matches, not knowing the rules lol
