why not make it a season long Ban ? hey ? ain't that fair for everyone you won't see toxic people for a year and they don't lose all their time and money

If a player decides to return and spend more money, that decision is entirely on them. The punishment system has nothing to do with wanting more money, and everything to do with wanting to eliminate players who are bad for the community.
I fail to see how the result would be different with a season long ban, the banned players who didn't quit would still make new accounts and spend money yet again.
A better idea is to stop getting permabanned.
It's not like you need money to play this game properly.
Also a permaban is Riot's way of saying "we don't need or want your money".
They have no control over whether someone spends money on it, that's a choice that will always be available, and is not fixed by your proposal.

Yeah because what I always want is someone who was holding their toxicity in a bottle for a year just to explode with anger as soon as their ban is lifted. This isn't Overwatch.
I've been playing league for 3 or 4 years now once i get perma banned " god forbid" every good memory of league will be removed and replaced with rage
or don't be a [EDITED - ULANOPO] and you won't get perma banned, seems to me that the vast majority if the time perma bans are totally justified
