I have not gotten a single hextech since release.

Hextech debuted in February. I remember hyping it's idea, I remember praising it's designs, i remember bowing down to PBE footage. It's almost here and then, one bad yasuo feeds, admits he is still feeding, and when i call him out (with insults) his whole premade reports me. I get banned, whatever. First time offense, and it was a BS thing he prolly got banned for too. I serve my time. I come back. oh look! I cant get loot from previous behavior restrictions

Well I deserve this, i'll wait it out a month or 2, prolly 3 max right? It was partially my fault and it wouldnt be fair to get rewards after a ban. I get it. Yet here we are, 7 (about to be 8) months later, and im still unable to get any loot. Not key fragments, not boxes, nada. I have 3 champs that should easily be level 6-7 by now, but nope. I've unlocked all my friends crates with my S ranks, while mine are filled.

It's reached a point i just asked riot "Okay so like, how long?" and they just said in time, well it's to the point i dont even WANT to play league. I hop on for a game, and at the end if i still see "unable to earn loot" I just close out, try again tomorrow. I can't even hype the COOLEST skin event for my fave champ because it involves a system that i have no access too!

This isn't some plea to get it undone either, i tried that through emails, i'm just sharing this before eventually just kinda drifting from league altogether. It's unfair that i'm going through this over ONE single bad game, one that i know 100% if pulled up I wasnt at fault. Yet here I am 3/4th into the year, and I havent experienced probably the greatest feature released to date.

It just sucks and I guess I was hoping maybe this post will change things down the line. If anyone maybe has some experience in reformed ways or whatever controls this, maybe you can tell me how much longer I have? Will I really need to wait a whole year? I just want answers seriously.

PS - Through my S ranks, i got my duo partner all 3 ultimate skins. That was pretty cool i guess.
