Stop punishing ranked players when their comrades rage quit or int!

I'm sick and tired of losing LP because one of the players on my team decides to afk or int when something doesn't go their way in ranked. This happens quite frequently and It's extremely hard to get anywhere due to it. Silver and Bronze are the worst with this. Riot please come up with a system to fix this. It could be as simple as the early surrender team doesn't lose LP but the Winning team gains it. Or perhaps a remake at any point in the game as long as a player has been afk for more than 3 minutes. I've had this discussion with multiple people and they all feel the same way. Players who are actually trying to do well should not be punished for someone who is actively trying to make everyone else fail. It's just not fair to the community...
