Wrongfully Suspended

I was wrongfully suspended from the game due to the fact that my account was compromised with. I understand the term of service and summoner's code where it says that I am fully responsible for all activity on my account but it isn't fair because I was hacked. I am not sure how they got my password but I made sure to run virus checks on my computer and change everything. When my account was compromised, it was on July 31st. I didn't have time to play or log on to my League of Legends account at the time so I didn't realized my account was compromised with until August 3rd when my friends messaged me asking if I wrote something in the active club we formed. I then decided to change my password when I had available time which was August 4th and my account was rightfully mine again. I realized that my account was compromised because it was played on. The hacker played 11 games ranging from July 31st to August 2nd. I also believe that they used 3rd party programs while playing on my account. I truthfully believe that they were scripting on my account to give themselves and advantage on my account. I went on to realize that the hacker also wrote obscene things within the active club. I will add a file showing you what they wrote on August 3rd. I am just hoping to get this penalty removed from my account because I enjoy League of Legends and would never personally use any 3rd party programs to give myself an advantage over anyone. I know the summoner's code and League isn't fun with cheaters. I hope you guys at Riot Games Support can understand that I am telling the truth. I have never been punished in the past for using anything 3rd party and I hope you can figure out that I am being 100% honest by checking the ip address or something during the hack. I sent this in a ticket so hopefully they will read it and understand. I have never scripted before and I highly dislike playing against people who do it. I'm hoping my suspension gets lifted and I am praying since this game is so enjoyable and competitive.
