Perma banned for light tilt, wtf riot?

I was playing league after taking a break for about 3 months and I open my game to find out that I have been permanently banned, this is unacceptable, I was nowhere near as toxic as most players who are let off easily here are the logs. Also, I spent 30 euro on skins and stuff and im being robbed like that

You be the judge as to whether my ban was deserved or not, I know that riot won't return this ban but at least the community can learn that it's really easy to get banned

Name was changed thanking riot for the 14 day ban I got a while back again which was for no reason :D

If you received a 14-day ban within a few months, the next punishment (of any level) is escalated to a permanent ban unless your behavior has improved enough to drop a punishment tier in the intervening time.

If you fail to show reform after a 2 week ban, even light incidents can net you the permaban. Since there's this gap of play that started 15 days prior to your permanent ban, I'm gonna assume this is the case.

Maybe Rito is offensive, not sure though. Bans aren't really 100% logical. I found some people being really tilting and never getting banned, while I trolled one game becouse I had enough of my "Report noob" team, and got banned for 14days after a month. It is really hard to make them accurate, though.

LOL they said It was triggered due to EXTREME INFLAMMATORY AND OFFENSIVE, any real person with sense would let me off lightly with a warning or a 5 game chat ban.

I was having 2 bad games let a few harsh words/phrases slip and get a permaban, if thats your way of reforming people then I don't think I will continue with playing your game, most people in my position would make a new account, but no, also I do believe rank and money input alters the way this system works, my friend who is plat 3 has 3000+ hours and has spent over 200 euros has never gotten a single ban or chat restriction and I have been in some of his games and he swears and makes racial slurs, but where is his ban, he himself was gobsmacked when he saw my logs and that I got permabanned.

This is probably a post 2 week punishment which means any punishment afterwards is a permaban regardless of how small the infraction is.

The permaban reason was probably a combination of both the 2 week ban and this last punishment put together as the explanation.

tbh I am sure that this guy was just let go of the 14 day ban and was trying to reform, but the way the system is made does not enforce reform it shows that a word like trash could get you banned, and honestly this guy was probably having a bad game and he spit out an insult or two but he definitely does not deserve a ban, I have seen much worse behaviour go unnoticed.
