@Riot What is you guys opinion on people who smurf to stomp new player and smurf in general?

I would love to know what Riot think of this. Sincerely i find people who smurf and play from an elo they don't belong just to crush new player aggravating. But Riot having the last words, i would love to hear what they think of smurfing in general.

i myself have about 7 accounts in total. 4 NA 1 EUW 1 turkey and 1 JP. i just want to rank up is all. i dont care about other players just my rank. once i get gigabit internet ill pursue my non NA accounts.
