So as of recent i have been going thru a lot irl and i do enjoy playing league. Currently ive been diagnosed bipolar w psychotic symptoms and my mother is dying of cancer, i started on some new meds that have really made my mood angry. and its like these players know it and antagonize me during games, i only have gotten bans as of recent ive been playing since 2013. i have invested well over 2500$ into my main acc and i just want to know if i can get a second chance, ill just mute all, and play the game, im trying for diamond this season (got plat last season) idk how this message board helps, but please riot, if you can reconsider my perma ban, i promise you wont regret it.....:(

I'm sorry but no - permabans are rarely, if ever reversed unless they were placed in error. If you got your ban after the 14 day ban, then your account is well and truly toast.

You can try opening up a player support ticket, but they will likely tell you the same thing. Nobody can verify your story, and that can't be used as the basis for getting an account back since literally, every permabanned player would come up with a similar story.

If your mom has cancer you should be with her and not in this game. Permabanned is forever.

League of legends isn't a parallel world and players you play with and against are as human as you and can be going through the same thing. And as far as ik, you wouldn't like to get told "I hope your fam get cancer" when it's already the case.

Also putting this much money into a game will atleast making you rethink about your decision, knowing that NA isn't like in my country (not going to say it, doesn't matter anyway) and you're not going to get healed no matter what (in NA it mostly depends on how much money you have, like any severe capitalist country like America, making illNESS a busiNESS) you could have used this money on stuff that isn't as superficial as cosmetics in a videogame such as preventing eventualities.

Also when you put money into League of Legends, you can consider it lost or used as a donation to riot already, sort of, you're more contribuating to riot making league evolve rather than for yourself as a player (exept if you buy Experience boost or stuff like incomming clash tournament cards).

Finally, Sorry for your account but it's gone forever. You can atleast always make a new one.

It's not your second change. Your second chance was after first chat restriction . or second. Or at least at 14 day ban. Those were your 2nd chances. You blew it. You continued to be toxic. Now you whine in the forum. Don't feel pity for you at all, not one tiny bit. Say goodbye to your $2500 you spent. Hope that lesson you learned, even though an expensive one, will change your attitude in games.

you're basically blaming your flaming on your meds and your mother's cancer

she must be so proud.

particularly when you're using her situation as a reason for why you should get your investment back

You can plead your case in a support ticket, with as much supporting evidence as you can provide to determine mitigating factors.

However, there's no real provisions in place to provide special treatment to folks with disorders or tragedies affecting their behavior. It would be extremely hard to prove, impossible to gauge, and prone to abuse. Your chances at getting your account back are slim. Sorry.
