Add an option for people to remove chat complete, just like you can prevent yourself from talking in ALL, make this option for your own team. Of course riot isnt interested in reducing toxicity they rather just an automated system that bans everyone and forces them to spend more $$$$, lol riot.

disable "enter" mute everyone in game, your chat is now disabled(you can do this with mouse clicks)
why does riot need to add something more? You have the tools already.
If a player is truly toxic, do you honestly think they wouldn't turn chat back ON to talk shit to their teammates? The game already HAS a feature, and people are still getting banned daily for being jerks.
This is why Riot hands down chat suspensions for toxicity. If you cannot learn to control yourself from that, well frankly you deserved to be banned.
