well i got banned for no reason they sent me a message back and said they reviewed the evidence and saw no scripts but it is out of their power. thats bs i have 300 dollars in this game and 4 years and then they acuse me of hacking. so then i send them another ticket saying i will take legal action against riot and they block me. like wtf riot im done with this company

That's kinda standard procedure for anyone threatening legal action. Because at that point the only communication Riot would want is between you (or your lawyer) talking to their lawyer.
So you kinda shot yourself in the foot if you expected the threat to increase the communication.

Fun part is. Only thing you can sue them is slender and I see no proof for that. You'll lose the law suit and pay for it! And and and be forced to pay a compensation for wasting their time! This will be rich. I can see it. NY times first page

Riot won't do lawyers just a heads up you agreed that any disagreement you may have with riot will be handled by a 3rd party and you will pay the fee as riot takes on a huge cost process/gather the info for the meeting
