Banned after resolving a hacking issue? Like the heck is this?

So I submitted a ticket about 2 or 3 weeks ago after having logged into my account and seeing that all my rp and ip had been spent and I was moved to a server in turkey or some garbage. 2 days later mind you I finally get a response saying my account had been recovered and to change my password which I did.

I came home today and decided to check my email and play a couple games of league since I hadn't played in weeks. I have an email from the eighth saying that I was banned for 3rd party software.

Now the only thing I use when playing league other than the client itself is skype. Is that the 3rd party software that got me banned or am I being straight up hornswaggled right now? Cause I truthfully don't know what that whole 3rd party software thing means. I'm a casual I legitimately have no idea what 3rd party software means unless it's about the skype thing.

I've submitted a ticket but I don't really want to wait for 2 days to find out whether or not I've done something wrong or if this is just a huge load of hokum that should have been addressed after my first ticket.

The hacker probably used scripts on your account or something.

Send a ticket it's probably for the safety of the account. It's a secueity Ban when Riot thinks the Account might be hacked/a Hacker could still have Access to it
