Chamuel851 votesWHat does Overwolf do? I know they just recently said they're not bringing forward item set creator in client because you can just use ... some third party program. i feel like it started with an O. That being said, I AM STILL SO SCARED to use even programs they say you can use.
ShinkoMinori1 votesthe only program you are certified to use without problems is the league client. Other than that they stated is a "at-your-own-risk". Things like custom skins are some "allowed" and some forbidden but they won't comment which custom skins are.
Chamuel851 votesAgreed, but in the post where they first mention they are not bringing the item set creator forward, they mention that we have access to a certain tool. Which seems like a huge risk imo. Like... RIOT themselves said 'use this 3rd party tool'. I forget what it is though.

Well, you can still customize them using third party tools like Championify—we just don't have any plans to implement the item set builder feature from the old client. If it turns out that there actually is real demand for that tool, we can reconsider it, of course. But on our great big list of client priorities (implement Replays, spectate, etc.), it would probably fall dead last right now. Just wanted to give y'all an honest heads up.

EDIT EDIT: I mean I'd be ok with the $\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config\ItemSets.json file being respected in the client. I can edit JSON files myself. I mean if the Alpha read that and used it in game. That'd be great. AS IS, my old item sets are carried over. NO CHANGES from the old client are brought over even.
