PERMANENT BAN ACCOUNTS

i had acc for 5 years :) never flamed ..., never beed toxic ......, last time boosted people took over all and buy some accounts , you see when someone dont know what to do in game , strategy is something he dont know ..., he is not teamplayer , he dive solo under turet or troll bla bla...., so i flame ( flame is talk too much ) i say 3 times in all gaem idiot , but i say 1000 words , i type really fast and whenb i am dead i can say many things :))) but not offensive , just talk and give some advise to my team but kids that dont take as serius and for them this is flame and i am TOXIC !? ...ok .....they report me .....more often because that ......and i get banned ....for flame and toxic ..... i now ask .....are you all once in life had this and is that normal !??! that i pay 600 euro skins on my acc platinum and play 5 years ..., and have all champs almost ..., and boosted kid report me and i am done with all i had !?!?! PLS ...GET SERIOUS i want from riot .....to have my acc back , i want to leave talk as story ....., and talk as flame , toxic ....TALK IS FOR US PLAYERS !!!! ..... mute one you dont want to listen ..and gg !!! , you BAN trollers , afk players , players with 7 boots in end of game ...or all doran rings ..we all saw that ...you ban that accs .......NOT MINE EXPENCIVE and 5 years ......, because i cant see that i lose game because some kid buy acc from someone and ruin my game ......i have good proposition for RIOT .... and very good ideas .... about that !
