Why does RIOT hate TfT players?

I understand the restrictions for getting on and using the PBE... Having given up the normal team modes of league due to the overwhelming negativity and toxicity, i stick to TFT. Trying to just gain enough honor to reach rank 3 gain access seems simple enough, until you realize that the community RIOT promotes is so bad and angry at everything it is nearly impossible for anyone to do. Being called a "%%%%%% tft player" because i'm playing a low lvl normal game just trying to get some honor to test the game mode that DOESN'T GIVE HONOR. it is quite sad that RIOT fores you be harassed in games that you don't even want to play, just to help them test features they lock from you if you do not. Yes, you can play with mute all, I tend to try and give players the benefit of the doubt, and try to communicate with them to start. There is also the post game chat which does not get blocked so you still see something either way. Quite sad and RIOT doe not police the toxic community in any way to hurt TFT only players like this.
