Leaverbuster question

Hi, so last night I left a game and I got a ban. I understand how this happened and I will take full responsibility for it but there is one thing I'm wondering. The first time I got one of these queue timers was a while ago and it was around 5 minutes. After constantly leaving, the queue time started going higher and higher which also makes sense. I was a lot younger and i was bad with my time management. Now, I feel like a have a better understanding of when to play or not but I still leave games here and there. The last leaver buster timer was 20 minutes and I thought that if i played a lot of matches without leaving, I would lower that time from 20 to maybe 10 or so. It has been a very long time and I still got the 20 mins so I would just like to know if after this penalty is over, if i can reduce that time for if i get penalized next time. Thanks.

It is possible to reduce your Leaverbuster timer, however, it isn't really based on any amount of real time. You reduce it by playing a lot of games without leaving, disconnecting, or otherwise being marked as AFK (through behaviors such as idling for an extended amount of time). The number of games you need to play like this is unknown, but I believe it is quite a lot if you are at the 20 minute wait. Once you have played enough games, though, you should receive a notification stating something along the lines of "Hey, thank you for leaving less games, etc."

Also, is there any other way to get the mad chemist singed skin?

I'm not quite sure how LeaveBuster works, but I always assume it went down as long as you shown positive behavior. In this case not leaving you game. If you are getting hit with 30min queues right off the bat I would suggest maybe contacting support.

Bro, you leave too many matches on one account. Just do what I do and have a ton of different accounts. Then you can leave, but you won't ever get punished because you don't leave enough on any one account to get punished.

When I got into priority queue, I completed my 5 games and I got back into the regular one. After about 3 months of not going afk I got a congratulatory notification from Riot on my client, thanking me for not going afk. I think that if you keep playing without going afk for that amount of time, your leaverbuster timer should be reduced/reset.
