Give me some advice on how not to tilt - I'm a B5 Perma banned player

I want to learn plz.

Story of why I got banned Pregame I wasn't paying much attention and got assigned top lane despite asking for mid and bot as my roles. The game before I was assigned mid and wasn't thinking much of it. I left the room, got some water, came back, insta-locked Annie. I look at my role, say Woops did I get assigned top? Teammates confirm and forgive. As it was the jungler forgot smite, Teemo tried to go sup and ended up taking smite by accident, and our adc had the wrong ruins and masteries. Everyone screwed up and we forgave eachother. Start of the game, I miss an Annie ult and get ganked and punished. Mal starts the using flaming of SMH as found in Bronze V. I tilt and say shut up. Now it's a battle between us. He's calling me a dumb feeder after 1 kill and I'm calling him gay. He starts calling me bad, Teemo hops on the bandwagon, and then Zed questions whats happening. I tell Zed to shut up, call Teemo gay and that he messed up too, and that if I'm bad, Malphite you're in the same boat. I then flame them, they take my rage as fuel, and I fire back. I die again top lane and get ping spammed question marks and in chat smh. I tilt off this and start feeding. I'm now spamming in all chat how they don't deserve my carry and how they deserve to stay Bronze V. I end the game as 2-9 I believe. Thats when the chat message appears that I have been permanently banned due to recent behavior and reports. I then get kicked off the client. I log back on and a different screen appears that says I have been permanently banned and links the chat of my last 3 games. First one listed was the game I mentioned. Second one listed was another game I got tilted and called people gays. Third game was literally nothing wrong but me screwing around with a dude. The worst thing we said to eachother was "I hate u jk luv u bae" as they respond "Bae i luv u 2."

I 100% deserved my ban. I just wish that I learned after my first 5 game chat ban for literally the same reason of calling people gay, and my 2 week ban from letting tilt get to me and calling dudes gay.

I got a question. If i play on an alt account now, will that be banned due to alt account? Is that against the rules? Also, how can I control my tilt. I get annoyed when I see people flaming my mistakes, or intentionally harassing me. I can't let that go. I'm not able to control myself when I see flame, and I want to learn how. I want to come back into this game and play it properly. I don't want to miss out on a game I enjoy due to 3 mistakes I've made. Yes I shouldn't have made them to begin with and as the report window says, I'm one of 0.006% of the community to receive a permanent ban. I'm not like this in person, only in the internet. In person I don't even get mad about these types of encounters. I'm only angry and evil online, and I want it to stop. Please send advice.

TLDR - I got banned cause I int fed. How do I not tilt at people flaming me? Can i make a new account and play on that without getting banned or is multi accounting bannable?

Personally, I find that the following is probably the most helpful realization you can come to:

These people mean nothing to you

If you don't know them, why should you care about their opinion?

What do you have to prove to some random faceless strangers?

Their opinion means nothing, their beliefs mean nothing and you will likely never meet them again.

Fuck them, they don't matter.

Turn off all chat and mute the whole team. Pretty much treat the game as if it does not have chat. If someone on the team spam pings mute that too.

I do this when I have a bad game and it has helped me come back since, at least in my case the lack of flaming from my team or taunts from the enemy make it possible. It's the reason why most of my honors are tilt proof and when I get most honorable I laugh and type "the f, I muted all of you"

Also most people make multiple accounts. I have 3, one to climb one to derp and one that was for a YouTube series a friend wanted to do. (The series did not happen)

Okay so I catch a lot of flak for this obviously but a good way to not tilt is to mute EVERYONE.. If you're having a bad game or you know someone else is oing to be salty over their bad game then you need not talk to each other. You could convey any relevant information through pings. The other thing is in Bronze 5 you can legit 1v5 if you just focus on farming and making yourself a lead. So there's always the chance to come back and just crush the game. You just have to focus on yourself and not your fellow players.

There's a way to mute people.... As soon as you get into a game, hit tab and mute EVERYTHING, chat, pings, enemies, team mates. Don't even tell people you're gonna do it.

The best advice I can give is first off never use chat. Become and stay a cool level headed responsible adult in nature and do not react to nonsense in a game. In this way you will never see another ban or chat restriction.

Being also in B5 I have seen the type of flame you are talking about, in fact I have seen people flame harder and be more toxic than you describe with out nearly as high consequences. HOWEVER, there is one key difference, don't call people gay. Just don't. Personally I couldn't care less about political correctness, rito, however, has been very upfront about intentionally targeting and punishing any and all racist/gay insults. In fact that offense is itself a separate report in addition to regular toxicity report (i.e. harassment) and is probably a large reason for the ban if I had to guess.

EDIT: Also previous rito statements have vaguely pointed to permabans being an "account" ban and not a "personal" ban. That being said it would be pretty difficult to accurately determine what if any new account belongs to you. The only player that rito has specifically banned to the point of autobanning instantly as soon as its determined that its him, is tyler1, and I highly doubt that you are in his league of toxicity.
