There need to be a place to report trolls besides the score screen

So often there are douchebags and trolls that I'm unable to report. Either because I dodged and took the lp hit instead of playing a shitty match, or because i leave the score screen asap so that I don't have to put up with them any more.
But unless you suffer through it, and hit the button on the after-game score screen there is not way to report players ruining the gaming experience.

If there is another place, I'd like to know. I've looked.
