I was perma banned for trying to get someone who intentionally was not cooperating to calm down

Throughout the game I was trying to help my team out because they were flaming each other and I was playing nasus and split pushing and just coaching them to try and calm them down. Throughout the game, soraka was saying how she didn't want to heal tf or me because I was trying to cooperate with everyone and tf apparently wasn't helping them as much as he could have. You can see throughout the chat logs that I was obviously being supportive of the team and keeping the positivity saying that we can just turtle and catch up. The part from ggwp on was at the end of the game I was just talking in all chat telling the opposing team to report the soraka and lucian because they were flaming the entire game

There are different tiers of punishments, and they generally follow this path:

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account. I'm going to assume that you've been punished in the past because this doesn't look perma-ban worthy on it's own. Any punishment after a 14-day ban is an automatic permanent ban, no matter what.

Initially you may have been trying to help, but somewhere along the way you decided to turn on your team. Telling people to stfu, constantly telling them they're all reported and asking others to report them, telling them they don't deserve their rank, and constantly accusing them of inting, flaming, not cooperating or listening all amounts to harassment. This in no way helps anyone.

In short, if you've had prior punishments, then yes, this punishment is warranted. It doesn't matter how positive you may or may not have been at parts of the game, or how toxic someone else may have been. That doesn't make up for the negative things that were said by you. You are responsible for what you say no matter what the circumstances of the game are, or how other players are behaving.

You were punished simply because you..

  1. Asked for a report, which is verbal abuse on that player/team.
  2. You are pointing out pointless things in a way of flaming (Even if you're not intending to) Ex: "All of you need to stop dying, get gud hashinshin", etc.
  3. "Coaching" isn't necessary or required when it's considered flaming TECHNICALLY.

Lastly, the system doesn't care who started what or ended or how they really did in game. It cares ONLY about what was said and by who (Whoever retaliated and said something deemed of negativity/verbal abuse) They are mainly focused on you playing and doing you only, NOT worrying about what others are doing or playing. Yes it's tilting and frustrating af and annoying.. But there's nothing you can do. That's just how the game and system is. Their game, their rules. Sadly.

Your best bet next time out there is to just worry about yourself and focus on trying to carry regardless how terrible your team does or idiotic the choices. TRUST ME. Coming from a guy who has probably as much (if not) close to Tyler1 perm banned accounts. Just ignore them and goodluck!
