why does my account say i was getting unbanned on 1/10/16 at 1444 or 2:44 but its 3:50 and im still banned are you serious riot i pay for this game and cant even play when i suppose too be able to thanks riot for cheating me i really appreciate that.
The time is not local, it's PST. You have an hour and a half left.
Also, you don't pay for special privileges. Don't ever bother bringing up money in a F2P game when you get banned.

It's a local time thing, you get unbanned at exactly when you got banned, so just wait till the exact time you got banned in YOUR time zone, not Riots
