So the mods see your request. If they don't do anything, the proper channel to remove a ban is through a ticket.

Your ban ends at 2/12/2017, 11:38:06 PM by the time player support got to my ticket there would be no point. i,m 99% sure they only gave me the ban to make sure i would read my notifications
