14 day Ban because Corki flamed me and a teamate went afk?

So there was a game where I ganked for Nasus and he got pissy that i helped him twice so he reported me. After trolling me and taking my jungle. After that recently I played a game with corki trolling our support and I defended the support as corki had the lowest damage and continued to AFK farm while trolling the rest of the team. Ahri went afk and I was like ahri? where Are you? Apparantly this is grounds for a 14 day suspension. Whoever is monitering and deciding these reports are not doing their job correctly. I am appealing this unrightful suspension it makes no sense. I hardly ever use chat and that was to defend myself from these idiots trolling. They better have been permabanned for what they said to me, the one-sidedness of this is ridiculous. If riot cant shape up and actually rightfully ban the right people I dont think I want to ever play again. I have too much invested in this game and it makes no sense how you guys are going to take that away for a game where I was getting trolled? Thank you hopefully this gets undone by today, and you guys notice your mistake

I usually do but that triggers people and they start doing stupid shit. Its frusterating when your just trying to climb and every game someone throws a bitch fit and if u say one thing its on ur ass. I dont believe i should be skipped past the 1st 2nd and 3rd punishment this is not serious enough to be a 14 day ban... for sure

A 14 day ban, at the end of the day, is not much. Can you not go 14 days without playing league? Go play a different game for a bit, chill with some friends, do anything. Complaining does not, at least not when you have nothing going for you, help your case. I don't know what ELO you're playing in, but I have never once seen people throw or int because I have them muted. There's no way for them to know they're muted, unless you tell them of course.

You say you're trying to climb but you can still find the time to flame your teammates?

And legal action is just going to make Riot laugh. They banned you for 2 weeks in a video game, you have nothing to go against them with. Don't waste your time, you don't live forever.

Its the principle what did I even do? I reported them expecting them to get banned I was defending myself and you cant see the shit they were saying or doing honestly. If you got reported when you didnt deserve it you would feel the same way too

It's been said before, so I won't go into too much detail.

You can't defend yourself by flaming your teammates, even if they were the ones flaming you beforehand.

If someone called you a retard in the streets, would you go at them? No, that's what an idiot would do. You would likely keep walking.

That's what you should do when you play League. /mute all and carry on with the game. Even if they do decide to troll, who cares? 1 loss doesn't matter.

And I, like many others, don't often get reported (to my knowledge anyway) because I follow this rule. So no, I don't believe I would feel the same. If I flamed my team and got banned, I'm smart enough to know that I deserved it.

scroll down, and there is a potential case always when someone was unrightfully suspended. If those 2 people arent suspended or banned there is a legal case because they said much worst to me..

What Riot does to others is strictly between them unless they make it public.

If they said worse to you why the hell did you not mute them, and then at the end game lobby report them?

Doesn't matter. You agree to the terms of service when you install league. The ToS basically say:

Riot can remove your access to your account for any reason at any time without reason, recourse, or refunds.

Players are banned based on severity and frequency. If they weren't immediately banned, they're in a different spot in the punishment tiers. No need to lwyrup.

That only shows game 2. What about Game 1 and Game 3? Also u have no grounds for legal pursuit. This is private property and Riot can evict u at any time.

That's the problem. You're not allowed to defend yourself by attacking back. You are allowed to defend yourself by muting people. Also, what people remember they said as opposed to what they actually said is different. You probably said some nasty things but are trying to downplay it because you feel justified in your actions. Offense is not the best defense in an online game.

In extreme cases where hate speech is involved you're handed an immediate 14 day ban escalation. This is to display how irked Riot truly is with you for your behavior as well as works as a dire warning, this is your last chance. Next time will be permanent.

If you shape up your behavior enough then you can gradually get your account back in good standing and actually drop punishment tiers. However, this all depends on you and your behavior.
