So this was a game where i played with 4 premade and we had an annoying bot lane adc viktor and to be honest In my opinion I didn't even flame all that much... Is this even worth a 2 week ban? I mean i get it that I said something rude to a person over the internet and that I need to be punished for it but really? 2 weeks? I understand chat restrictions but still... I'm so confused.

For those two words, yes. Both of those words are zero-tolerance words, and jump your punishment straight to 14-day ban. After the ban runs out I'd advise to think before you say anything, as even minor toxicity can result in a perma then.
Premade is literally irrelevant to being punished. It's a misconception perpetuated by ignorance and biased confirnation.
Are you aware that the verbal punishments have 4 tiers and works through an escalation model?
Anything that could yield a punishment, if you do it often enough, will eventually get you permabanned.
