I'm a toxic player wanting to speak to players and some Riot employees/Admins

So I aren't going to lie I am a toxic player just been banned straight out for two weeks for my toxicity which i didn't think was possible seeming as I'm certain I've never been banned on this account before, however I was wondering if anyone has tips and tricks to keeping me from being toxic i don't want to lose another account to my toxicity, plus any ways of disabling in game chat or a mod of sorts to make impossible for me to type in game.

I also want to speak to some admins just for referencing sake and just have few questions in general I wouldn't mind speaking to a couple that talked to me when i got perma'd as they were extremely nice but I know that is a far out request, however I wouldn't also mind getting info on people blackmailing as well? seen as i did just get banned for toxicity however i did say after i was joking but i guess it doesn't matter, however this guy wanted me to buy him RP so i didn't get banned so just thinking out loud here and blackmailing included in report systems? , also i wouldn't mind sharing my opinion on some of the new stuff on the blue essence system, as i have some issues with it, I would also like to ask for some other systems to be implemented and seen as i can put only one Discussion in I have put player behavior as its the main one i want to talk about.

tyranterror - perma banned soon to be perma'd by the sounds of it SixStacksOnly RIP-2500 hours lmao

Hey SixStacksOnly

You can definitely skip right to a 14-day ban if your behavior is problematic enough; hate speech and encouragements to self-harm, specifically, tend to cause this. Good choice to come here first though, as with luck we can prevent it from happening again.

I'd do the following, in order of how much it helps improve your long-term enjoyment of League.

  • Realize that you will only win about 50% of your games, roughly, and that sometimes it will be a situation out of your direct control. Accept it.
  • Set a personal goal in each game other than winning, and strive to have fun trying to reach it even if you lose. Make sure it's one that doesn't depend on teammates ("Win my lane" doesn't count if you'll chastise the jungler, but "get 501 bonus damage on Nasus by 20 minutes" does). This will help you focus less on winning the game and less on your teammate's performance, and more on just trying to have the best game YOU can have, regardless of the circumstances.
  • Set a goal of being a positive, supportive team leader, even if you win or lose. That means not complaining about people or their choices, but rather using positive reinforcement to help bring the team together. Even criticisms should take that into account: "Hey Lee -- I know you saw a good pick there, but maybe don't go quite so deep. It's a little too risky, and we almost cleaned up that fight anyway: if we have you alive next time we definitely will."
  • Review before hitting enter. If it looks like anything that could be taken the wrong way, don't send it. Remain neutral ("Dragon in 0:45", for example) or positive with all your communication, and bear in mind that some neutral comments like "You're 0/7" and "You keep dying" aren't helpful. There are better ways to say those things ("He's a bit too far ahead for you to be able to fight right now" or "You're going deep enough that we can't follow you in. Let's try letting Sejuani lead", for example).
  • Mute early and often if people are frustrating you. Don't engage with them. Just mute and continue to follow the above recommendations.

I know there are some programs that can disable your enter key, but I see that as a short-term solution that is easily undone, and one that can encourage trolling in other ways to express your displeasure. I'd recommend the above plan instead.

If people are blackmailing you in-game, you can report them or file a ticket with Player Support.

Also i wouldn't mind sharing my opinion on some of the new stuff on the blue essence system, as i have some issues with it, I would also like to ask for some other systems to be implemented and seen as i can put only one Discussion in I have put player behavior as its the main one i want to talk about.

The best place for sharing those ideas is to type them up and post them to Gameplay, General Discussion, or Concepts & Creations (depending on the system). You're definitely not limited to one discussion at a time.

Much like there is no magical solution to my addiction to cigarettes, there is no magical solution to stop being toxic. All it takes is willpower. Stop being a little bitch like me, and show some God damn willpower. Just don't type the toxic shit. It's all on you. You have the ability, it's within you and it's your responsibility and choice. So man up, stop your fucking self from having that cig... I mean, from typing that toxic shit, no one is going to stop you for you, and there is no easy fix, other than simply deciding to not type it. It's on you brother. Good luck.

Just don't allow yourself to type anything unless you're confident you can say something non-toxic. If that stops you from communicating with your team then so be it. Learn from that feeling of being alone and you'll come to appreciate your teammates more, which will help you be better to them.

Remove the enter on your keyboard, realize that most people in this game aren’t trolling AND NO, DOING POORLY IS NOT TROLLING, just play it is a game, flaming won’t help you, won’t help your allies, it literally does nothing.

Im only toxic because trolls can get away with not listening, not working as a team, inting, and afking. But the minute i say, "ffs stop overextending for the eighth time, youve died 11 times overextending bot lane with no wards". I get punished, but the troll that doesnt care gets nothing.

So, you broke the rules (presumably with a zero-tolerance phrase, such as hate speech), then somebody on your team said "I'll report you for saying that unless you buy me RP", you refused, and now you're banned? Am I following that correctly?

I'm actually not sure how Riot would handle that. If you said what you said unprovoked, you're probably still at fault for it, but somebody attempting to strongarm you over it is certainly also something that Riot would be interested in punishing, though they won't share information regarding action against that person with you. If somebody threatened you somehow into breaking the rules, that's another matter, and something you should absolutely open a support ticket over.

As for modifying your game, I've seen this floating around: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/ghKQoeu8-how-to-unbind-your-enter-key-to-prevent-inadvertent-toxicity

Ultimately the best solution is to reign in your anger and avoid engaging in arguments or flaming matches in the middle of League games, but do what you gotta do.

Just shut the [redacted] up. If you wouldn't say something out loud while playing a sport to one of your teammates or opponents, don't say it in game.
