Why should i be punished when this guy didnt get vlad? I don't understand why he would punish his team when it was the other team that banned vlad. Can he please be punished?

Further, I will point out that you are not the boss, and if they want to play an off meta champion with off meta spells, they're allowed to. If they intentionally feed in game, they will be punished with an instant 14 day suspension (or permanent if they've had prior suspensions). There is well over a 90% chance they don't actually troll in game at all.

technically you didn't get punished, you dodged of your own volition.
