I literally got banned for cussing at myself and sometimes saying ''fucking unbalanced champ'' i wasnt flaming anybody or cussing at anyone so i want my account back. seems like Riot just wants your money and then when they think they have enough they will perma ban u for cussing at urself Great!

Yes, you can be banned for creating a negative attitude by cursing at yourself.
It doesn’t matter if you’re cursing/flaming yourself, others, or the game, it still creates a negative environment for others.
Do you have your chat logs? Without them it's hard to tell the reason for this, but there's a chance that something in your behavior or language use may have triggered the system.
For reference a little more leeway is (I believe -- not 100% sure) given towards comments addressed at yourself, but that doesn't mean you have free reign to insult or behave in a toxic manner towards yourself.
