I recently have gotten suspended for toxic behavior in league about a week ago and I need one more week until I get unbanned. I wanted to know if I could still claim the 10 year anniversary gifts they're doing even if I'm still suspended. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think the gifts start on October 17 and I would really hate it if my suspension meant I couldn't get any of the gifts.

You wont get anything that requires participation with an expiration date, or any end-of-season/honor/hextech rewards. Anything else should be good.
Hmm. I’d doubt you can get rewards. But try submitting a support ticket and ask them. __

Basically, the first 10 days will unlock the missions (one for each day), which will then remain available until 19th November, so you should definitely be able to pick up the rewards for them once your suspension has ended.
the sad truth is and its what i've come to terms with is you just cant type a single thing anymore and just either be like a robot and dont type or just use voice comms if you have a mic.. I know how heated it can get but riot dont care about context or anything.. just /mute all and play the game... people dont realise that being toxic and banter etc is part of life, people just like to be able to control others on a game because they have no control in their own life.. just remember that :p

I Got suspended like 3 months ago,but still have 2 checkpoints and i'm at honor 0. Will i take the rewards from event?I can play/talk in games so idk if that honor0 affects the rewards
If you read the discussion detailing it on Surrender at 20, it explicitly states that the rewards will be obtainable for a time after their dates.
