Reduced Ban

I'm sorry to bring bad news, but your permanent ban is not going to be reduced. While this definitely isn't extreme, permanent bans are not solely for extreme negative behavior. They are also for players who exhibit mild-moderate toxic behavior frequently and consistently.

Since these chat logs aren't something that would escalate straight to a permanent ban with no prior punishments, this leads me to believe that you had received other punishments prior to this one to this one, particularly a 14 day suspension. In cases where a player goes through the normal punishment escalation ladder, they are essentially showing that they have no intention of changing their behavior, even after Riot tells them in their 14 day suspension reform card that the next punishment will be a permanent ban.
