Please stop using this excuse whenever you screw up or when someone asks you for help. I just had a Jhin and Caitlyn dance in the jungle for half the game and talk about how "its not ranked." I think anyone who says "it's normals" or "it's not ranked" should be permabanned.
I get people all the time that think they can't / won't get perm banned in game of ARAM

um i kinda say that when i do off-meta things but that's rarley cuz when i suck i say i fked up team plz welp me so yeah but in ranked i realy just try ny best <which means bronze 6> 
In my experience statements like "it's not ranked" and "it's just a game" are usually more of a comment on someone else's perceived overreaction to something(usually the game going poorly) rather than being about their own effort being put forth.
