TheLastShadow455 votesthey did give you plenty of chances, it's called the punishment tier. AND YOU FAILED ALL OF THEM!
ModThe Djinn4 votesOnce an account has been permanently banned it is never unbanned for any reason, with the sole exceptions of bans that are either in error or bans due to intentionally destructive ban-baiting from individuals (such as those threatening to intentionally throw the game unless the rest of the team types zero tolerance phrases).
Jamaree1 votesSorry, no more chances.
General Esdeath 1 votesSorry friend, you used all your chances.
Pentak18031 votesbut i hev spend so mutch money in this game i really like a refund of it can i or not
Zombiemaster1 votesNope. Riot does not offer any refunds to permanently banned accounts, nor are they under any obligation to do so.
