What is the system of cheking if the person is Intentionaly feeding or he is having a bad day?Because people report other people just because they are salty or something else and i am not getting how are they distinguish the two.

It really doesn't matter, the system has a ton of over looked false positives. No system ever is 100% accurate, saying other wise is blatant lying, and Rito will deny any inquiry into the system, or logistics, because "it can be abused". Expect to be banned so they can milk you for more RP. It takes serious effort to even get in contact with a real person through support.

No, They send you an automated response with a cute name attached to it. Please, how naive are you?

One time, they sent me 4 back to back computer generated/copy paste/generic replies, that completely ignored huge portions of what I asked.

You make a ticket You recieve an automated message explianing the more you reply to your ticket, the longer it takes They then reply with their username and that they'll look over your ticket - It's a copy/pasted message Then they reply again with what goes on next...no sure how this process is bad? Even it is copy/pasted or an automated message, that message relays the steps you MUST complete for them to know exactly how to resolve your issue. Help them help you, it's not hard. Standardisation is key in any business.

the easy ones such as running down mid / buying 6 tears are easy catch.

I've seen Riot Tantrum smite a player (complaining they got 14-day banned for no reason) by saying they intentionally press "S" to stop auto attacks during fights, refusing to skill up, running smalls circles (while they weren't in threat) within team fights.

It is possible to catch the more complexed ones, just that it'll require more games to verify the player isn't just bad.
