Reform
So ever since hex tech crafting came out, I can't earn any boxes or keys because of past reports and chat bans. I read that once i have reformed ill be able to earn them. How do i reform and how long would it take? Thanks for the help!

No one knows yet. They ( riot) has more or less said "when we feel like it". Yeah, my last punishment was in dec...so apparently it can take over 3 months shrug
You are considered "reform" after 3 months of not being toxic after getting punished. When was your last punishment?
from what it sounds like. riot is still tweaking the system. so they just put anyone who ever got a ban or chat restriction on the naughty list until it's finished
How do I know when my last restriction was?
