Now, I do understand I was "a bit" inflammatory, but is this the level of toxicity that warrants permaban? Particularly when you get in games with even more toxic players, its in nature of some of us to reply to provocations.

The most annoying this is, some of these games were with my premade friends, and a lot of "toxic" remarks are just friendly banter towards them (that mom oral part, and french hazing).

When you get your 14-day ban, you're warned that further misbehavior on your part will result in a permanent ban. The behavior you get banned for at that point doesn't necessarily need to "warrant a permaban", so much as simply warrant any punishment at all. Based on your match history, it looks like your two-week ban ended only a few days ago, and you're clearly insulting all your teammates constantly. So yeah, makes sense to me. Sorry.

There is a common misconception that permanent bans are reserved only for especially insulting toxicity.

They can be earned by all toxicity, if it is frequent and consistent enough. Especially bad toxicity just takes less time to earn punishments, and can make you skip escalation tiers.

Yeah, this sort of behavior (insults, crass comments, belittling your team, "ez", threats to AFK) will absolutely get you punished, and with the frequency that it occurs it seems this could be a common enough behavior (and a high enough percentage of your chat in these games) that this is a proper punishment. The reason it is a permanent ban is, likely, that you have previously received a 14-day ban as your last warning. Is this correct?

Plain and simple, you are a toxic player. Someone reported you and you got banned.

If this got you a permaban I can bet this wasn't your first offence and you've already had some chat bans on that account. Should have been warning enough that you need to smarten up or this was going to happen.
