Riot mods please. You banned me for cheating, but what you must understand is that 
told us himself "Cheater is just a fancy word for winner" Meaning if you cheat you win. So why would you ban me for winning?

So are you saying that you did cheat and that its okay that you cheated? Because in that case you should stay banned. It's not okay to cheat in any means, whether its using 3rd party programs, use of DDOSing or effecting others gameplay. Etc. Cheating has always been a 0 tolerance thing with Riot and is even stated in the Summoners Code and the Agreements that you personally accept that you will not do or you will be punished. As far as i can see if you did cheat then you are rightfully punished.
