Allied Rengar said "their team is nuts" followed by "open mid" in the 1st minute, staying in the bush being afk, trolling and flaming. Allied Xayah was constantly pinging to show us how high her ping was (>200ms) while he stood in front of the tower getting killed 5 times within the first 5 minutes.

Meanwhile I made a tripple with Galio, never said a single word in the chat, and after the 5th feed of Xayah I had enough and said in all chat "report rengar 4 flaming and xayah for feeding"

I got reported by both allies and enemies.

So am I right that there is absolutly no way to actually make this game better because those toxic players never get ANY PUNISHMENT???

toxic players are not region specific ... why is the forum/board even split into regions?

You don't have to ask for people to report toxic players.

The system flags the game for review no matter if they got 1 report or 9. So you should not lobby for reports. Sometimes people think it is harassment and will report you for doing it. It's better to just keep your head down and report the toxic players yourself.

Not exactly, it flags people and attaches your report text to it, so that if there is a manual review of that player then the Rioter can get an idea for what behavior the player was exhibiting if it wasn't visible in chat.

They look for leavers, afk, int feeders, pre and post game chat harassment, etc.
