Hi, i got banned from 2 games, in the 2nd game i did very little, all i did was say "idiot" and "Your bad" which i even said sorry for being toxic at the end for as i was on a losing streak, i should not let out my anger on others. But in game 1 i was pretty toxic but it was provoked, i was getting called a noob so i called the malphite names aswell.. I believe i should not be BANNED for just these 2 games of toxicity, Being muted and temp banned for 14 days would be reasonable but PERM BAN for a small reason??? Most of the quotes aren't even toxicity. I love league of legends and i spent around £300 in the past 3 months on it. I am deeply sorry. You can take away my chat, do whatever but please just dont take my account. I'm actually so sorry, i actually feel like crying. I did not know league was this harsh and i 100% learnt my lesson

You got a 2 week ban and probably a chat restriction before that, correct me if i'm wrong. You receiving punishments in the past mean you have been toxic in the past and you haven't learned from your mistakes. That being said, your chat logs were honestly very toxic ''i suck your mums icicle'' and contained harassment. I believe you earned what you deserved but you can send a ticket to support if you don't agree.

If you got a ban before this, your next punishment is a perma ban. You also called him a retard, which is one of Riot's nono (pg-13) words. Also as YoNightmare7 said, you were pretty negative throughout the game. Saying "GG" prematurely when you feel like your team is losing is pretty bad for the mental health of your team. It might be a players fault that your team is behind, but telling them that, dooooooesnt help. They probably already know as well. I dunno, just trying to help and maybe give you an answer; and again I agree with Nightmare7, send a ticket in, see what they say.
